FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: image forming device has series-arranged optically interfaced input objective lens, scanning device, projecting lens and photodetector, as well as a signal processing unit, whose first output is the output of the image forming device, the second output of the signal processing unit is connected to at least one controlled source of reference radiation, optically interfaced through the scanning device with the photodetector, and a synchronisation circuit which is electrically connected to the scanning device and the clock input of the signal processing unit. The image forming device also includes an interfacing unit connected between the output of the photodetector and the input of the signal processing unit, and a circuit for controlling operation mode of the photodetector, whose input is connected to the third output of the signal processing unit, and the output to the control input of the photodetector.
EFFECT: high quality of the formed image in a wide range of measuring working temperature and temperature of the viewed scene.
