FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention contains micro-particles each including matrix and chemical substance distributed thereinto. The matrix corresponds to liposomes or nano-particles of silicon dioxide; also the surface of the matrix contains natural hydrocarbon containing compounds able specifically to bind with root surface. Liposomes are obtained out of egg phosphatidylcholine and their surface contains lipopolysaccharides of the outer membrane of bacteria Azospirillum brasilense Sp245. The surface of the matrix out of silicon dioxide contains polysaccharides of wheat roots Triticum aestivum L of Saratovskaya 29 breed. Micro-particles are of 0.01-0.2 mcm size.

EFFECT: diminishing anthropogenic load to arable land and environment.
