FIELD: pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for producing magnetic liposomes. Method of producing magnetic liposomes involves preparing a suspension comprising phosphatidylcholine and magnetic nanoparticles, treating it with ultrasound and repeating its freezing-thawing procedure, magnetic nanoparticles used are magnetite nanoparticles in the form of an aqueous sol, where the repeated freezing-thawing procedure involves freezing said suspension at a temperature of liquid nitrogen, its subsequent smooth thawing at room temperature and additionally includes its further ultrasonic treatment with power of 70 W and frequency of 40 kHz at temperature of 20–30 °C for 5–15 minutes, wherein said procedure is repeated at least three times.

EFFECT: disclosed method is effective for obtaining optimum liposomes of magnetic liposomes.
