SUBSTANCE: method includes cutting and frying in melted butter of ham, boneless butt, pork loin, white mushrooms and potatoes; cutting and freezing greens, browning in melted butter of wheat flour; mixing of the mentioned components with Madeira, tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, table salt, CO2 piroliz wood extract, mustard and black pepper of without oxygen access:; packing of the obtained mixture and bone broth and also sealing and sterilising of the recipe components.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
