SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the production technology of meat and vegetable preserved food. Method includes cutting and frying in melted butter of smoked ham, boneless butt, pork loin, white mushrooms and potatoes; cutting and freezing greens, browning in melted butter of wheat flour; mixing of the mentioned components with Madeira, tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, table salt, mustard and black pepper of without oxygen access; packing of the obtained mixture and bone broth and also sealing and sterilising.
EFFECT: production of tinned food which has improved digestibility.
