FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: method involves boiling, cleaning and cutting eggs, cutting and blanching cucumbers, blanching and grating horse radish, cutting and freezing dill, cutting spiced herring fillet. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with acetic acid, sugar, culinary salt and calcium acetate under oxygen-free conditions. The obtained mixture and sour cream are packed, pressurised and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
