SUBSTANCE: device comprises conductor with flexible distal end arranged as hollow. Stem is installed inside conductor. End of stem installed inside conductor is rigidly connected to distal end. External end of stem is connected with handle. Slits are arranged at distal end to arrange long strips. Strips are bent whenever stem extends from conductor. Clearances for collection of biological material are created between strips. Conductor is equipped by limiter installed on conductor surface.
