SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as medical instruments for laboratory diagnosis of microbiocenosis of the uterine cavity and immunological studies. The probe for taking biological material from the uterine cavity has a conductor, an element for taking the material at the working end and an insertion depth limiter. The conductor made of bioinert material contains a tube with a collet that expands at the working end and an insertion depth limiter to limit the depth of insertion into the uterus. At the opposite end of the guide tube, inside there is a piston rod corresponding to the diameter of the guide tube, at the working end of which there is a pile of 3.0±0.3 mm height for 25 mm and an insertion limiter on the opposite side.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to increase the reliability of the results of a biological diagnostic study of the microflora of the uterine cavity by isolating the contact of the working end with the brush on the probe with the microflora of the vagina and cervical canal, ease of use, and the reduction in the cost of the device.
