FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: immediately after brain infusion, physiological solution is introduced intravenously, which contains activated macrophages in amount of 0.5-1·106. Then 3-4 days after injury the following preparations are injected successively - physiological solution containing mesenchymal stem cells in amount of 5-10·106 intravenously and physiological solution containing mesenchymal stem cells in amount of 4-5·106 intracutaneously.
EFFECT: minimisation of brain damage and restoration of brain tissue structure with elimination of treatment traumaticity.
