SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neuropathology, and concerns treating posttraumatic encephalopathy. That is ensured by intravenous introduction of an effective amount of nuclear cells of umbilical blood prepared by sedimentation or gradient centrifugation of sampled umbilical blood with separating the nuclear cells in the form of packed cells to be resuspended in cooled plasma with a cryoprotector added, freezing and cryogenic storage.

EFFECT: invention provides effective therapy of posttraumatic encephalopathy with lower risk of immune-associated diseases due to the fact that the method for preparing the nuclear cells of umbilical blood eliminates cultivation thereof with a foreign serum added.
