SUBSTANCE: device comprises holder, central opening of which contains striker with hole and stem installed in striker opening. Deforming elements are installed on stem with the possibility of longitudinal displacement. Deforming elements are arranged in the form of disk springs packet with radial slots and central hole. Disk springs are located between end of stem and striker and are arranged with the possibility to perceive periodic pulse load of striker that provides increase of disk springs diameter and their bending defined by formula given in description.

EFFECT: technological resources are expanded, capacity is increased, and expenses are reduced.
