FIELD: engineering industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to engineering industry technology, namely to methods of finishing - strengthening treatment of parts holes by surface plastic deformation. The device for finishing - strengthening treatment is inserted into treated hole and is provided by longitudinal feed for hole surface treatment with tension. The treated blank is rotated. The device for finishing - strengthening treatment contains deforming elements performed in a form of plate washers that have front conic surface, radial channel and central hole, pane with hole, rod located at central lateral axis of pane hole, and flange firmly attached to rod. Plate washers are located on the rod between flange end and pane. The pane is moved from the condition of pulse load transition to plate washers with provision of their longitudinal transportation, sagging by f value, increase in diametre and provision of pulse load direction along normal line towards treated surface. Sagging f value of plate washers is defined by the formula.

EFFECT: extension of technological capabilities, increase of production rate and decrease of expenses.
