FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to the method of obtaining complexes of tricresyl-, tri(1,3-dichloropropyl) and tri(2-ethylhexyl)phosphates with Sn and Ti chlorides, with general formula 2(RO)3P=O•"Э"Cl4, where R=-C4H6CH3, -CH(Cl)CH2CH2(Cl) or -CH2CH(C2H5)(CH2)3CH3, "Э" = Sn, Ti, and can be used in organic synthesis. The method is characterised by that, it involves reaction of tricresyl-, tri(1,3-dichloropropyl)- or tri(2-ethylhexyl)phosphate with Sn and Ti tetrachlorides at room temperature and molar ratio of phosphate : tetrachloride 2:1.
