FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to reagents for optimising properties of solutions, used in drilling oil and gas wells. The lubricant reagent for drilling site washing liquid contains, in wt %: cyclohexylamine 3-31; organosilicon liquid 132-24 1-5; 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol 0.5-5; natural fatty acids - the rest. The method of obtaining lubricant reagent for drilling site washing liquid involves pre-heating fatty acids to temperature not less than 72°C, addition of phenol antioxidant - 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol with constant stirring until it dissolves completely, cooling to temperature not above 50°C, addition of the base - cyclohexylamine, stirring and subsequent addition of organosilicon liquid 132-24. The invention is developed in subclaims.
EFFECT: reduction of the coefficient of friction in the "drilling instrument - well wall/boring casing" system, reduced risk of differential sticking, reduced intensity of packing, easier movement of the drilling instrument, prevention of formation of foam, improvement of main process properties of drilling fluids and prevention of corrosion.
