FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reagents for optimization of drilling fluids. Lubricating additive for aqueous drilling fluids contains, wt.%: mutual solvent – mixture of light fractions of hydrocarbons with boiling point of 110-130 °C or mixture of propylene pentamers 10-20; nonionic surfactant 5; tribotechnical additive 5-15; mixture of liquid hydrocarbons – balance. Tribotechnical additive used is a mixture of unsaturated carboxylic acids with fatty acid esters containing 20-60 wt.% of unsaturated fatty acids of vegetable oils from the group: rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, soya oil, with ratio of higher unsaturated carboxylic acids and fatty acid esters of 1:1. As a mixture of liquid hydrocarbons, a mixture of a heavy fraction of hydrocarbons is used – a mixture of liquid hydrocarbons with a boiling point higher than 250 °C and mutual solvent – mixture of light fractions of hydrocarbons with boiling point of 110-130 °C or a mixture of propylene pentamers.
EFFECT: reduction of friction coefficient of the drilling fluid treated with the claimed lubricant additive with simultaneous reduction of its consumption, as well as reduction of the risk of differential sticking during movement of the drilling tool.
