FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to the starch industry. The method is realised as follows. To the initial aqueous solution of glucose with 30.0-80.0% content of dry substance at 20-80°C temperature, isopropanol is added in quantity of 50.0-500.0% of the mass of solution, and stirred. The mixture is then cooled to 15-20°C, settled at that temperature for 24-72 hours. The formed crystals are separated from the liquid fraction. The crystals are then dried, removing water and isopropanol residues. As a result, white dry crystals are obtained, containing glucose in quantity of 99.1-99.9% of the mass of dry substance with 85.0-98.0% yield to the mass of dissolved glucose.
EFFECT: simplification the process, increased yield of glucose crystals and provision for possibility of using initial solutions with very low glucose content.
