FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to gasostatic plain bearings and can be used in facilities with rotary shafts, particularly, in common industrial turbo units and aircraft gas turbine engines. The proposed gasostatic radial-thrust bearing comprises bearing housing (1), shaft (2), diametrically opposite dual indicator nozzles (3, 4, 5, 6) separated by shaft (2) and diametrically opposite dual bearing throttles (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14) corresponding to the said nozzles, adjustment throttles (51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57), shaft position adjuster comprising two jet-type control units (15, 16) with the channels to control the primary jet elements (17, 18, 19, 20), and pipelines. The inlets of channels (21, 22, 23, 24) of each unit (15) and (16) communicate with appropriate pairs of nozzles (3, 4, 5, 6). Every unit (15) and (16) is connected with unit (25, 26, 27, 28) including membranes (41, 42, 43, 44) and dead membrane chambers (29, 30, 31, 32) connected to appropriate outlets of appropriate unit (15) and (16). In the other side of membrane (41, 42, 43, 44), each unit (25, 26, 27, 28) has an open chamber (33, 34, 35, 36) communicating with atmosphere and furnished with nozzle (37, 38, 39, 40) connected to appropriate pipeline forcing air to appropriate throttles (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14). The ends of shaft (2) accommodate augers (58, 59) that form, with shaft (2) running, a counter flow of the primary airflow in its circulation gap.
EFFECT: reduced air consumption in adjuster, control system insensitivity to temperature variation, reliable operation in starting and cutting off.
