FIELD: physics, measurements.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for measurement of corresponding physical parameter of two- or higher-phase fluid medium (in particular, liquids into which air is added, or those inclined to foaming). Coriolis mass flowmeter/densimeter contains the measuring tube inserted into the pipeline, the device to excite bending vibrations of the tube, transducers to produce of measuring signals (xs1, xs2) representing vibrations at the measuring tube inlet and outlet. Processing electronic circuit (2) produces intermediate value (X'm) deduced from measuring, signals (xs1, xs2) of not corrected mass flow rate and correction value(XK) deduced from measuring signals (xs1, xs2), in particular the second measured value(Xp), induced also in the said processing electronic circuit and representing density of medium. Using the values (X'm) and (XK), the processing electronic circuit defines the measured value (Xm) of the mass flow rate.

EFFECT: increase in accuracy of measuring of non-uniform fluid medium, simplified measurement process.
