FIELD: physics, measurements.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to control fluid heat carrier at thermal and nuclear power stations. To define the condensate admixtures, hydrogen ion concentration is calculated by measuring specific conductivity of direct and H- cationated sample. At the same time, pH, sample direct-current conductivity, sample H-filtrate direct-current conductivity downstream of each 2nd H-cationite columns are measured. Now, hydrogen, sodium, chloride, ammonia, carbon-dioxide ion concentration in the sample are measured to judge on the loss of operating capability of H-cationite column. Proposed is also the device to implement the previously mentioned method.
EFFECT: improved self descriptiveness and higher reliability of chemical-and-technological monitoring quality.
