METHOD AND DEVICE FOR EXPERIMENTAL MODELING OF BIOLOGICAL MEMBRANES LIPIDS PEROXIDATION PROCESSES ACTIVATION Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC G09B23/28 A61N5/00

Abstract RU 2348079 C1

FIELD: physics, modeling.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to experimental medicine and may be used for creation of experimental model of biological membranes lipids peroxidation processes activation in laboratory rats and mice. For this purpose, laboratory animals are irradiated in vivo with the help of ultraviolet burner DRT-240-1 daily for 3 minutes for 7 days. For the purpose of radiation animals are placed into glass chamber that does not transmit ultraviolet rays. Ultraviolet burner is inbuilt into rising cover of glass chamber. Stopwatch and fan are inbuilt into glass chamber wall.

EFFECT: creation of experimental model of biological membranes lipids peroxidation processes activation without application of pharmaceutical preparations provided that standard temperature mode is maintained, and also to avoid partial scattering of ultraviolet rays in environment.
