FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, in particular to a method for reducing the pro-oxidant effect of ultraviolet irradiation on the body. In the method for reducing the pro-oxidant effect of ultraviolet irradiation on the body, including the daily application of a corobind based remedy for 6 days 20 minutes before exposure to ultraviolet rays, according to the invention, rats are applied ointment once a day on the irradiated surface with a layer of 0.5 mm, which is obtained by mixing 10 g of ground herb of corobind and molasses on a water bath of vaselene added up to 100 g.
EFFECT: above-described method is effective to reduce the pro-oxidant effect of ultraviolet irradiation on the body.
