FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: fumigator is designed to consist of Y-shaped injector ploughshares, a rotary harrow, a levelling bar and a positively driven packer wheel. The rotary harrow is mounted in front of all the other tools; then follow the Y-shaped injector ploughshares and the sectioned disk tiller. The tiller sections are arranged at a regular spacing. Each tiller section consists of three disks: a major diameter central flat disk and two minor spherical side ones. The spherical disks are fixedly attached to the central one and pivotally mounted on the distance sleeve axle. Behind the disc tiller there is a hydrovibroleveller installed. The hydrovibroleveller consists basically of a bar positioned above the ground level. On the bar lower surface there are two rows of teeth arranged, rigidly fixed and positioned at a regular spacing. One of the rows is shifted relative to the other one by half the spacing distance. The whole of the device lower part with its two rows of teeth is pivotally installed in the slots arranged in the bar upper part which enables longitudinal reciprocal motion relative to the bar upper part. On one side of the bar lower part there is the hydrovibrator mounted. With the disk tiller and the hydrovibroleveller the maximum tillage depth amounts to 1/5 of the fumigation depth. One or two sections of the disk tiller are arranged immediately after the stilts of the Y-shaped injector ploughshares.

EFFECT: improved tillage quality; reduction of fumigant agent leakage through the soil channels.
