FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: combine harvester scalping cleaner shoe consists of a sieve case, bars, two scalping lipped screens equipped with lips opening mechanisms and an extension element. The sieve case is composed of side plates connected by the front, the rear and the additional cross bars. The sieve case is additionally equipped with a grain board and a rubber belt, the latter's upper end being attached to the extension element rear bar and the lower one - conjugated with the grain board and the angle section affixed to the grain board flanged edges so that to provide for formation of an even clearance with a width exceeding the belt thickness. The middle and rear sections of the pivoted levers of the screen lips opening mechanisms are conjugated with the grain board grooves and the additional cross bar radial slots. The levers are attached to the additional cross bar via thread connections. The angle section has screws with lock nuts that enable the rubber belt release/fixation on the grain board in the course of the extension element inclination angle regulation. The design provides for the screen lips opening angle being regulated with the help of the pivoted levers positioned behind the cleaner shoe as well as the extension element inclination angle measurement without depressurisation.

EFFECT: facilitation of the scalping cleaner shoe maintenance and operational reliability.
