FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by raw onions cutting and browning in melted fat, millet boiling till increase in weight by 150%, rabbit meat chopping and mixing of listed components with drinking water and salt to obtain cutlet mass. Then it is formed, coated with wheat white bredcrumbs and fried in melted fat to make cutlets. Potatoes are cut and fried in melted fat, carrots are blanched and cut, fresh green peas are frozen, wheat flour is browned in melted fat. The potatoes, carrots, green peas, wheat flour, sour cream, sugar and culinary salt are mixed together under oxygen-free conditions to produce the garnish. Sichenik cutlets, side dish and melted fat are packed. Then hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
