FIELD: road construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of road-building and building materials, namely to devices for obtaining bitumen binder for asphalt concrete mixtures in the construction of road coverings, bridges and overpasses, as well as for insulating and roofing materials. The device includes a high-speed mixer connected in series and a low-speed mixer and granulator, the input of which is connected to the output of a high-speed mixer. Moreover, it additionally contains a bitumen preparation unit, two bitumen dosing units, a textile cord fluff dosing unit, a granulated stabilizing composition dosing unit, a stabilized bitumen binder storage unit and a process controller. At the same time, the first inputs of the first and second bitumen dosing units are combined and connected to the output of the bitumen preparation unit, the output of the first bitumen dosing unit is connected to the first input of the high-speed mixer, the second input of the textile cord fluff dosing unit connected to the output of the second bitumen dosing unit is connected to the second input of the low-speed mixer, the output connected to the input of the stabilized bitumen binder storage unit, and the output of the granular stabilizing composition dosing unit is connected to the third input of the slow-speed mixer, connected by the input to the output of the granulator, and the output of the process controller is connected via a bidirectional public access communication channel with unique identification addresses to the input of the bitumen preparation unit, to the second input of the first bitumen dosing unit, to the third input of the high-speed mixer, to the second input of the granulator, to the input of the textile cord fluff dosing unit, to the second input of the granular stabilizing composition dosing unit, to the fourth input of the slow-speed mixer and to the second input of the second bitumen dosing unit.
EFFECT: accelerating the process of preparing a stabilized bitumen binder.
