FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method for processing of oil sludge includes previous separation of free water from sludge and further thermal treatment of produced sludge in rotary furnace. Sludge with content of 81 wt %, mineral substances of 18wt %, hydrocarbons and 1 wt % of water with flow of 1.3-1.7 m/hr is supplied to furnace and heated until temperature of 380-400°C at furnace outlet at the pressure of steam and gas mixture of 70-80 kPa, at that speed of processed sludge movement is controlled in rotary drum of furnace along tube plate of the main heating leak-tight viaduct. Organic products that are released from sludge as a result of anaerobic thermal desorption are separated into disperse phase of cake and steam and gas mixture, which is sent to conditioning unit, and sludge from furnace is sent to gravitation settling chamber, for comprimation and separation, at that dry cake, hydrocarbon liquid and tank water are produced as product of oil sludge processing.
EFFECT: processing of oil wastes with production of saleable materials.
