FIELD: treatment of oil-containing waste.

SUBSTANCE: installations can be used for taking and treating oil-containing waste from sludge carts, barns, reservoirs and sites of sludge spilling. Assembly has pump, vapor- and pipelines, boiler-room for preparing vapor, barn connected with storage and re-cycling oil sludge and its components units by pipeline; it is also connected with container of wheel transport discretely by means of pumps, containers and pipelines. Assembly has flooring with pontoons, which flooring has to be base support surface for vapor-heater and vapor-sprayer, trap with gutters for putting sleeves, vapor-line and pipelines. It also has control unit fastened to shore area, through which unit the current is applied to electric engine of pump. Pump is provided with working wheel and three-coordinate rotating support. Pump is disposed in vertical position and has its blades, disposed at level of receiving window, is submerged into sludge till depth of 0,5-0,8 m. Control cabinet has start-protecting and commutation equipment. Barn is connected with storage units through rough cleaning filter and metering device. Storage units by means of pump and containers are discretely connected with containers of wheel transport through pipeline provided with cock. Containers with oil-sludge and its components are additionally provided with coils to let heated vapor circulate in them, which coils are connected to boiler-room. Jellied oil can be subject to re-cycling at any climatic conditions at environmental; temperatures of -25 to +45 degrees Celsius.
