FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to metal processing by surface plastic deformation, namely, to tools for processing of external cylindrical surfaces with protrusion by burnishing. Tool comprises body, clamp and cylindrical deforming element. Clamp contains basic part and two protrusions arranged with possibility of rotation relative to basic part. Mentioned clamp protrusions are located with possibility to locate protrusion surface in between with clearance of at least 1...2 mm.
EFFECT: provision of possibility to process cylindrical surface of product and chamfer that goes to end protrusion, provision of reliability and accuracy in process of deforming tool fixation.
