FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to processing by surface plastic deformation and may be used in finishing of external cylindrical surfaces by burnishing. Device contains body, two double-arm levers, between which hydraulic cylinder is installed with stem, as well as holders with tools fixed on one end of double-arm levers. On the other end of double-arm levers hinges are installed, which are connected accordingly to stem and body of hydraulic cylinder. Device body comprises hinge joints that support double-arm levers and axes of which are located at the distance equal to diameter of processed item.
EFFECT: higher stability of processing, improved wear resistance of tools and better quality of processed surface.
