FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: vertical takeoff-and-landing aircraft of disc configuration comprises two drives and blowers of opposite rotation, one centrifugal blower to force the flow from disc-like inner space and axial blower in ring forces the flow along outer "Coanda" surface. Outer disc-like airframe comprises streamlined hardware module arranged equidistant to its inner surface as well as target load module composed of double-curvature skin, carcass meridional and equatorial elements with undercarriage legs attachments. Lift variation and aircraft control are performed by deviation of extra circular wing blown by jet stream airflow. Aircraft turn around vertical axis is actuated by control airfoils extending from said streamlined hardware and target load module.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and safety, reliability and efficiency of aircraft control.
