FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to an anti-damage tool, used in drilling and operating different types of wells, and particularly to separating devices, meant for separating the free end of the pipe column from the part suck in the well. The anti-damage adapter has top and bottom bushings with contact edge cams and a spring-loaded core with a collar under a spring on the outer surface inside their cavities. The core and the bottom bushing are joined by a left-hand thread, while the top bushing and the core are joined by a torque transmission unit, brought into working position by moving the top and bottom bushings about each other. The torque transmission unit is in form of a gear, splined joint or a conical friction couple and has an indicator for actuation of the clutch coupling of bushings, made in form of radial openings in the top bushing, covered by the collar of the core in the initial position.
EFFECT: simplification of the design, widening of the field of application and cutting on time spent on repairing.
