FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: disconnecting device comprises composite case, made of upper and lower parts joined to each other by means of ball gate arranged in radial channel of case, covered by seat for free fall valve. Seat for free fall valve is arranged with circular bore on external surface for arrangement of ball gate, as composite case is disconnected, and is equipped with fixator in the form of spring arranged between lower end of seat and ledge of upper part of case. At the same time circular bore of seat in initial position is arranged higher than radial channel of case with ball gate and is arranged as inclined downwards. Upper part of composite case is arranged with ledge for seat of free fall valve. To transfer torque, upper and lower parts of case are arranged with response cams.

EFFECT: increased reliability of device operation and considerable reduction of inefficient time expenditures.
