FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic technology. Plant for gas liquation and separation and one or more gases isolation from their mixture includes serial and co-axial installation of fore-hearth with the gas flow swirler being installed inside, subsonic nozzle or supersonic nozzle with the operating part being attached to it. At the same time, the unit for liquid phase recovery is attached to the operating part. The subsonic diffuser or combination of supersonic and subsonic diffuser is also available in the plant. The nozzle is implemented at the ratios of inlet and outlet cross section areas to the minimum cross section of the nozzle. The ratios ensure generation of static pressure and temperature at the nozzle outlet. The static pressure and temperature correspond to the condition of gas or gas mixture target components condensation. The length of the operating part is selected based on the condition that condensate drops are formed to the size, no more than 0.5 μ and drifted from the axial area of the operating part to the walls of drop collection unit under centrifugal forces. The aperture angle of the operating part is selected such as to maintain gas or target components condensation conditions. In addition, the device is provided with the additional subsonic or supersonic nozzle being installed in fore-hearth.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness of separation.
