FIELD: physics, measuring.
SUBSTANCE: use concerns field of the analysis of materials. The essence of the method consists that detection of the nano-size fraction of crystals of sodium fluoride is performed by measuring of dose dependence of a light output of pulsing cathode luminescence Sk of analysed yields of plasma or laser pulverisation on a substrate and the subsequent comparison gained dose dependences Sk with the dose dependences of light outputs of a pulsing cathode luminescence for reference nano-size and volume crystals Sk nano (etalon) and Sk volume (etalon) accordingly.
EFFECT: possibility of determination nano-size fraction of crystals of sodium fluoride in the nanocrystalline coats on substrates in yields of a plasma or laser pulverisation of crystals of fluoride of sodium without application of electronic microscopes.
