SUBSTANCE: working medium for thermo-exoelectronic dosimetry of electron radiation based on strontium fluoride with a terbium fluoride additive, further contains dysprosium fluoride and has the following composition, wt %: SrF2 99.5-99.8; TbF3 0.1-0.2; DyF3 0.1-0.3.

EFFECT: high output of exoelectronic emission at the operating peak of thermally stimulated exoelectronic emission, wider range of the linear relationship between thermo-exoelectronic emission output and fluence of pulsed electron beams.
