Magneto-electric transformer on "air cushion", includes the case-substrate with holes for an exit of air feeding an air cushion, one or more Ruhmkorff coil and a protector executed in the form of a ceramic plate, thus a protector disposed between a substrate and object of the ultrasonic control, contains holes for an exit of the heavy air feeding "air cushion", and the sizes of a protector essentially exceed the sizes of a Ruhmkorff coil, or group of the Ruhmkorff coils which are a part of the magneto-electric transformer, and the protector area is commensurable with the area of an effective area of a substrate and is compounded with it and object of the control under the shape.

EFFECT: increase of sensitivity, noise immunity and reliability of the ultrasonic control.
