SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns carrying out of geochemical investigation of deposits of oil and gas raw materials with reference to the soil and bottom deposits gas content determination. The method includes test preparation, its degassing by evacuation and gathering of the oozed gases and steams, and preparation of test of a ground carry out by its scour prestressly decontaminated water with reception of water suspension of a ground, and preparation of test and a degassing carry out by a consecutive multicyclic gear transmission at first water suspension of a ground, and then the filtered stream of a solution from below upwards through vertically erected a gas-liquid hyper-acoustic ejector, in a mode providing, formation in the cabinet of mixture of an ejector of a hyper-acoustic stream gas-liquid intermixture. The installation for embodying of the specified method is also presented.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency of soil tests preparation at the expense of the uniform and full degassing of all gaseous components.
