FIELD: petro-chemical industry; production of various hydrocarbon fractions at maximum extraction of light fractions during primary refining.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes acting on flow by pressure differentials; first pressure is increased to at least 0.35 Mpa and then it is decreased to magnitude not exceeding 0.05 Mpa; as a results, gas-vapor-liquid mixture is formed, after which pressure is abruptly increased in flow to at least 0.1 Mpa. Plant proposed for realization of this method includes one pump and one unit for acting on running flow by pressure differentials; this unit has inlet pipe line with multi-nozzle set hermetically mounted in its section; multi-nozzle set is connected with cylindrical passage and then with widening diffuser at angle of semi-opening not exceeding 4 degrees.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of preparation of oil for refining; increased yield of light fractions.
