SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns field of carrying out of geochemical investigation of perspective deposits and can be used for benthonic water gas content determination. The method of water processing for the subsequent determination of gas content parameter, includes test preparation, its degassing by an evacuation and gathering of the oozed gases and steams, and preparation of test and its evacuation is performed simultaneously by a test gear transmission from below upwards through vertically mounted gas-liquid hyperacoustic ejector in a mode providing formation in the cabinet of mixture of an ejector of a hyperacoustic stream of gas-liquid intermixture. Installation for realisation of the specified expedient is presented also.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency of tests of water preparation at the expense of the uniform and full degassing.
