FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: technical result of the invention is achieved due to ozone generator power supply, which includes primary power supply with positive pole being connected with the first terminal of the first choke, while the negative pole is coupled with the first terminal of the second choke. Three serial resonant inverting elements implemented to semi-bridge diagram have thyristors connected to the second terminals of choke 1 and 2 through the switching choke. The points of thyristors connection are coupled with the load terminal through the switching capacitors. The second load terminal is linked with the intermediate terminal of power supply and midpoint of two serially connected inverted valves circuit. The latter circuit is connected between the second terminals of chokes 1 and 2. The load - ozone generator with barrier discharge is connected through the increasing transformer. Values of each switching choke inductivity and choke 1 and 2 inductivity are equal to 2. The value of switching capacitor capacity is equal to dielectric barrier capacity of ozone generator being reduced to the primary winding of high-voltage transformer.
EFFECT: limitation of over-voltages on inverting element components, barrier capacity and gas discharge clearance in ozone generator, improved effectiveness of generator operation.
