SUBSTANCE: present invention provides a device for soil processing comprising a quadrangular welded frame supplied with hinges, depth adjustment element, working members fixture system and working elements. Each working element incorporates a shank with a sloped lower part, bracket furnished with a through hole, pivotally arranged half blade, and up and down locking members. The bracket is equipped with a slotted hole communicating with a through hole wherein a sliding member with plates is movably installed. The plates are supplied with hinge elements. The half blades are made in the form of flat semi-rings having upper and inner sharpened edges and furnished with hinge elements, the latter being coupled by means of a spring member to hinge elements of said plates. The sliding member is furnished with apertures made so as to fixate its position in the bracket through the hole by means of a screw bolt.

EFFECT: reduced metal consumption, improved performances, and enhanced quality of processing.
