SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises two-girder frame furnished with suspension system and support elements. Working tools are arranged staggered and secured thereon. Said working tools comprise posts with bits arranged at their front. Said bit represents triangular prism and is furnished with cermet layer arranged from below, glass rollers fitted in special grooves arranged from above and fastening plate brackets arranged at its rear. Post rear has the shaft running in bearings furnished with bit leg secured thereon. Said leg represents a sharpened flat semi-ring with L-like semi-legs pivoted on leg ends. Semi-leg lower flange is sharpened while lower semi-leg is beveled.
