SUBSTANCE: device includes a welded two-beam frame equipped with a hinging system and support elements. Working bodies are mounted on the frame, arranged chequerwise. The working bodies include racks and pivotally mounted legs equipped in front with a shaft of circular cross section with a curved end, on which a sharpened cylindrical chisel is put on with a metal-ceramic soldering. The chisel at the bottom and at rear is equipped with a platform with welded bracket in the form of spline element for mounting and fixing the hoe; and the hoe is provided with a splined hole. The chisel has a groove into which a flat end of the shaft and a hinge mount are inserted.

EFFECT: invention enables to expand the technological capabilities, to reduce costs of energy and materials consumption, and improve the operational reliability of the device.
