FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly traumatology and orthopedics, and can be applied in long bone pseudarthrosis treatment. Method involves forming of groove in upper bone fracture, shaping cortical cancellous transplant out of it, and transplant shift into lower bone fracture to overlap pseudoarthrosis zone. Upper basis of cortical cancellous transplant matches medullar canal width, and lower basis matches canal width in bottom pseudoarthrosis fragment. Bottom transplant edge matches pseudarthrosis line. Further the transplant oriented forward by narrow part is shifted into medullar canal of lower fracture against stop.
EFFECT: improved fixation durability of osseous transplant, prevented transplant fracture and resorption, reduced operation duration and trauma rate, general treatment acceleration.
