FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treating a false joint of long bones. Surgical approach to a false joint is performed; a bone tissue for autoplasty is obtained and a defect of a long bone is filled with it. Fibrous sleeve is formed by excising the cicatrical fibrous tissue filling the diastasis of the bone fragments with preserving its outer surface. Bone fragments are vitalized until "blood dew" drops. Larger bone fragment is used to produce bone chips 0.3–0.6 mm thick. Obtained bone chips are treated with an aqueous solution of 0.2% chlorhexidine and 0.9% sodium chloride solution. It is soaked for 5–6 minutes in autofibronectin solution with 0.9% sodium chloride solution at ratio of 1:1. Bone tissue deficiency in the false joint is filled with bone chips impregnated with the autofibronectin solution. Fibrous sleeve is sutured together.
EFFECT: method provides higher efficiency and reduces risk of postoperative complications due to autogenicity used in bone grafting, and autofibronectin as stimulating processes of bone remodeling of autofactor and absence of metal structures.
