SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicines and quick dispersed solid dosaged formulation including effective dosage of substituted imidasol derivative as active component, of the general formula (I), where each of R¹, R², R³ and Y is as indicated in claim, or in the form of pharmaceutically acceptable salt, such as acid-added salt, e.g. hydrochloride, compounds of the general formula (I) featuring grid structure of active component and water soluble or dispersible carrier inert towards the active component. The grid structure is obtained by solvent sublimation from solid composition including active component and carrier solution in the solvent, facilitating pre-gastric absorption of active component.
