FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: dispergator has a rectilinear portion disposed between the diffuser and the converging tube being in communication with the source of feeding the first component. The dissector has a spherical shape narrowing downwards with holes and the central channel being in communication from one side with holes and from the other side with the source of feeding the second component. The preliminary chamber of the housing is made as a cone in whose vertex a cavitator is mounted. In its lower part the dissector is placed forming passages between it and the housing. The mixing chamber has a toroidal shape and its interior side is conjugated with the narrowing part of the dissector, the exterior side is conjugated with the housing walls. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of mixing and dispersion of materials. 4 cl, 1 dwg
