FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to mixing devices and can be used in chemical and pulp and paper industry for making homogenous suspensions. The device has a cellulose feeding device and a stirring device with an actuator. The working part of the housing of the device is fitted with guide bars. The top part of the housing of the device is a body of rotation forming an arc with radius equal to the diameter of the rotor, while the bottom part, symmetrically mated with the top part, is a body of rotation forming a parabola segment: x2=2Py. The profile shape of guide bars in the top part can be changed by bending the guide bars along their length in the vertical plane.
EFFECT: increased output and quality of the end product.
