FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: first coarse-dispersion medium is prepared, then it is subjected to the hydrodynamic dispersion. Harmonic acoustic oscillations are excited in the flow of the coarse-dispersion medium moving under the action of the positive pressure by means of abrupt expansion of the flow cross-section. The flow is formed in the shape of a flat jet compressing it according to the exponential hydrodynamic torch. The amplitude of harmonic acoustic oscillations is increased in the resonance mode at the flow rate 8 - 50 m/s. The coarse-dispersion medium is prepared by mixing the dispersion medium and the dispersion phase in the flow of the dispersed medium. The apparatus for obtaining dispersed systems has a housing with a narrowing bottom, branch pipes and a distributing chamber on which a converging tube with a slotted nozzle is mounted. A diffuser is placed in the housing. A working chamber is mounted the output edge of the diffuser. The chamber forms a gap with the housing walls. The profiles of the converging tube and of the diffuser are made according to the exponential dependence. In the diffuser the walls with the exponential profile are made with perforated parts. The housing, the narrowing bottom, the distributing chamber, the converging tube, the slotted nozzle, the diffuser and the working chamber have a rectangular shape in the horizontal cross-section.
