FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns forming operation of lamellar sheet material and can be used at development of equipment implementing local moulding of channels in elements of flat heat exchangers. Mill contains stand, bench with affixed on it matrix with specified processing profile, cross arm with horizontal displacement drive, installed on paired rollers, rigid tailored shaft for the main straining with vertical displacement drive, two preliminary straining shafts, mounted by edges of cross arm at the equal distance from the vertical axis of shaft for main straining with ability if vertical displacement. One of it is provided for the preliminary moulding of channels in sheet billet. Predeforming shafts, the second of which is provided for sheet billet flattening, allow ability of rotation and creating of required sheet billet tension, are implemented as braced with scalloped profile with determined height and waves period. Mentioned above shafts are mounted on in spaced relationship from the vertical axis of shaft for the main straining and allow individual hydraulic, electric or combination actuator of vertical displacement and rotation. Main straining shaft is implemented rotatable by hydraulic, electric or combination actuator. At that mentioned above shafts and horizontal displacement drive cross arms are implemented with ability of shafts rotational velocity management shafts and by mentioned drive of cross arm by means of computer.
EFFECT: increased maximal depth of received in product channels, excluded processes of flattening on auxiliary equipment, reduced power inputs per unit of output.
